This is a great recipe. I found this on Pinterest and is posted under my Desserts board. My husbands just love lemon so when I seen this recipe I had to try it. Lemon and blueberries who could go wrong.
I know I say this a lot but I am no baker but I’m really liking this baking. Baking is so much fun and like cooking its relaxing for me. Hmm I may do more of this baking thing.
I love these mini loaf baking pans I have. These turned out so great and they look adorable. You can taste the lemon in this but it is not over powering. The lemon gives the blueberry a nice pop.
