Michael’s – Walmart Haul – Dollar Tree

I kind of went a little crazy here, but it is ok.  I got everything I needed to last me for a little while (yeah right).  Michael’s was having a sale and I had coupons so I didn’t spend that much which is how I like it.

As you can see I got stickers books about 5 of them, some washi tap, my inserts I needed for the Recollections planner for next year and more stickers.

This is so far one of my biggest hauls yet.  Let see if I can do better next time.  (just kidding)

You can also check out my YouTube video on this.   You can find me by Ruthy’s Hang out.

Meat Loaf

Here is a good Sunday dinner recipe.  You can also turn this into a freezer meal.  Just make the meat loaf but don’t cook it and put it in a freeze save container and you will have this for one of those busy night you don’t have time to cook.

Ingredients

2 ½ lbs. of ground beef

1 medium onion chopped

1 ½ cups of bread crumbs

1 tsp A1 sauce

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 can of mushrooms

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp parsley

1 can cream of mushroom

1 pk of onion soup mix

Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

Pre-heat oven 350 degrees

Put the ground beef in a large bowl and then add in the ingredients one at a time until the meat and ingredients are well blended.

Once this is done, take the meat out of the bowl and place into a baking dish and form into a loaf the best you can.

img_1599.jpg

Cover the pan with tin foil and bake in oven covered for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove the tin foil and let cook without cover for additional 15 to 20 more minutes depending on the size of the loaf.

Remove from oven and let rest for about 10 minutes and then serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
