Here is another great dinner option. We are having meatloaf which is a favorite of my family. This is an easy and delicious dinner to make, and it freezes very well. I actually made two meatloaf and froze one for another day. I can’t tell you how convenient that is to have a ready-made dinner in the freezer.
We had our meatloaf with a vegetable and a starch. This was truly a comfort dinner and filling.
