Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Hi Guys, I have another recipe for you to try.  This is quick and easy and is great for dipping your veggies in.  I found this on Pinterest and did some slight changes to it so my family would like it, and they did.

This dip is also great for office parties, game days get togethers and so on.  I hope you give this a try and let me know if you liked it.

Ingredients:

1 to 2 cloves of garlic minced

1 14 oz. jar of roasted red peppers (drained)

1 8 oz. package of cream cheese (soften)

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 to 3 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Step:

Using a food processor add in the garlic and pulse until finely minced.  Then add in the cream cheese, peppers, mayonnaise and lemon juice and pulse until smooth.

Then give the dip a taste for seasonings.

Pour dip into an airtight container and chill for about 30 minutes to an hour.  Then put into a serving dish and serve alongside sweet peppers, carrots, or any vegetable of your choice.
