Chocolate Mousse Parfait

Hi guys, I have a very easy recipe for dessert that I know you are going to love and that is also great for the kids to help out with.  This is a dessert that can be put together in 10 minutes and the kids and family will love it.

The ingredients are simple and affordable and can be made even after work.  This is great for all of you chocolate lovers out there.  You can add fruit on top instead of chocolate chips or whatever you desire.  I hope you enjoy and give this recipe a try

Steps

In a medium mixing bowl add the soften cream cheese, powder sugar and cool whip and mix well.  Then add in the coco powder and salt and give it a good mix.  Add in the chocolate chips (optional) at this time and mix well.

Using parfait cups add in 1 tablespoon of gram crackers to the bottom of the cups then add in the chocolate mousse on top.  Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top of the mousse and chill for an hour.

Note: you can add fruit on top instead of chocolate chips.
