Hi guys, this recipe was posted some time back and wanted to re-post this, because I know have a video up on my channel.
This is one of my family favorites and something that I know you are going to love. Ingredients are easy to find and it is quick to cook.
1 lb. boneless chicken cut into strips
1 tbsp. oil total
1 cup of fresh pea pods
¼ cup of carrots thinly sliced
1-cup bean sprouts
½ cup soy sauce (or to taste)
2 tsp. sesame seed oil
1 tsp. oyster sauce
Steps:
Marinade the chick with 1 teaspoon each of soy and sesame seed oil and put in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
In a large wok or skillet, stir fry the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes until no longer pink and cook through.
While chicken is cooking you are going to want to start cooking the ramen noodles. Set seasoning packs aside from the Ramen soup and use them for something later.
Cook the noodles according to package directions or slightly under.
Once the chicken is done remove from wok and start adding in the vegetables. Cook these for 3 to 4 minutes, so they still have crispness to them.
Once ramen noodles are done drain them and then add them to the wok along with the cooked chicken. Add in the remaining soy and sesame seed oil and give the stir-fry a good mix.
Serves 4 to 5
Note: the vegetables can be changed to what ever you like. This is also great with fresh broccoli.
