Meatball Subs

Hi guys this recipe comes as a request from my husband.  He’s been asking for some meatball subs so I made them.
This is an easy recipe to put together even after work.   You can use frozen meatballs instead of homemade if you want another short cut for this recipe.
I also have a video on my channel Ruthycancook so go that out.  I hope you give this recipe a try and enjoy.

Ingredients

Steps
Pre-heat oven 350 degrees
Make the meatballs start by adding the ground beef to a bowl then add in all the seasoning and egg and mix well.
Put enough hamburger in your hand to make a 1 1/2 inch meatball and roll it until it forms a ball.  When done put meatball in a baking dish and continue the process until all the ground beef is finished.
Now pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs and top with the mozzarella cheese.
Put in oven and cook for 45 minutes.  Remove from oven and make your subs.
