Quick Morning Smoothie

Hi guys, I wanted to share this quick smoothie that I had today.  I didn’t really feel like a breakfast today, but wanted something, so I put this together and it was delicious.  I just used what I had in my freezer and and fridge and this came out great.

Feel free to add more to this.  If I had some spinach that would have really topped this off.

 

 

Ingredients

1 very ripe banana
1 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup pineapple juice
1 1/2 tbsp. agave

Steps

Combine all ingredients into blender and blend well.
Taste for sweetness and add more agave.
Pour into glass and enjoy.

Note: if using fresh strawberries you will need to add in some ice cubes.
