Working on blog Today

I have been working on this site for a few hours now.  I am trying to get all my recipes uploaded to it, so you can see what I cook for dinners.  This is taking me longer then I expected, but I will soon get this site up and running fully.  I hope you enjoy my recipes I cook for my family, and if you have recipes you’d like to share please do so.   Well back to work I go.

Breakfast Drink

I had just seen a video on Youtube where you need to exercise your body from within as well as the outside.  I found this to be very interesting so I finished watching it. This got me thinking about how I can exercise my body from within as well.  I went on Pinterest to see if I could find anything that would help me and so I found this drink.   It’s a fat burning drink it stated and Dr Oz also stated it was good.  It is call the DR Oz Slim Down drink.  I must say that you can really taste the vinegar but in time I will get use to this, and this drink will be yummy.    I put the link below for this drink.

Tuna Salad

Something for Lunch. It’s quick and easy and stores well.

2 table spoons Mayo
1 small onion chopped
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
1 to 2 celery stalks chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:
Fill a medium pot with water about half way and put salt in it, so the noodles can cook. Once water has reached a boil, put elbow macaroni into water and let cook for about 8 to 10 minutes on medium heat.
While noodles are cooking chop the onion and celery into small pieces and set aside.
Drain elbow macaroni and rise with cold water to stop the cooking process and to also cool them down. Once they are cooled enough, add the mayo, onion, and celery and mix until all is blended.
