Easy French toast

  • non-stick pan


  • 2 eggs
  • 6 slices of bread your choice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup milk


  • Beat eggs with milk and cinnamon until eggs are fully broken up.
    In a non-stick pan heat on medium heat and then add in the butter or non-stick spray.
    Dip one slice of bread into egg mixture and then put in pan.  Repeat one or two more times depending on size of pan.
    Cook each side of bread until golden brown about 2 minutes each side.  Continue with this step until all slices of bread are cooked. 
    Serve with sausage or bacon.


Note:  if on WW blue one slice serving is 3 points with syrup.
