Crockpot Turkey Soup

Hi Guys, well this recipe is to help with those holiday leftovers we all end of with.  Each year I try to find something to make from the leftover holiday dinner.

This year its some turkey soup that is just delicious.  I had to figure out what to do with the leftovers from our holiday dinner and this is one of the dishes I did make.  This is very easy and I already had all the ingredients on hand.  I hope you give this a try.

I put up a video on my channel Ruthycancook so go check that out too.

Ingredients:

3 cups chicken broth

1 tablespoon Creole Seasoning

1 onion diced

2 gloves garlic minced

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 large stalks celery diced

1 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes (with juice)

Left over Turkey (about 1 pound)

1 or 2 chicken bouillon cubes

1 or 2 cups water

Steps:

Using a 6 quart crockpot add in the can of diced tomatoes along with juice.  Then add in the vegetables, broth, water, bouillon cubes, garlic, pepper and then the turkey. Give is a good mix and let it cook on low for 5 hours or high for 3 until vegetables are tender.
