Banana Pudding

Hi Guys,  this is a recipe that I have wanted to make for some time now, and I finally did it.  I did not make this banana pudding the traditional way though.

Here is what happened I was intending to make banana pudding the traditional way but keep pushing it to tomorrow which never came haha. So not to waste my bananas I mash them up and added them to the pudding mix.  I also crumbled the cookies and layered them on the bottom instead of putting a whole cookie.

This came out great and my family loved it.  For me it was on the sweet side but still delicious.  I hope you try this and let me if you like it or what changes you did to make it your own.

Ingredients

2 boxes of vanilla pudding

1 Tub of cool whip

1 box of vanilla wafers

2 ripe bananas mashed

Steps

Make the pudding according to box directions then add in the mashed bananas and mix well.  Now fold in the cool whip.
Take about 3 cups of the wafers and crush them and put at bottom of dish.  Add the banana pudding on top and spread evenly.  Add some of the wafers on top and put in fridge for a few hours to set.
