Easy French Toast

Hi guys, coming today with an easy quick breakfast for you. You know I am always looking to find easy ways to make meals and this is one of them.

Like most we really don’t have time to eat breakfast, and we are always to busy working or taking take of our families. This french toast is quick and easy and you can make ahead for the week so no missing out on eating breakfast.

I try to prep my weekly breakfast every Sunday, so I will have a go to for breakfast on week days when I work. I just pull it out and heat and not stressing about what is for breakfast.

Easy French toast

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Course Breakfast
Cuisine American
Servings 3

Equipment

  • non-stick pan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 6 slices of bread your choice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Beat eggs with milk and cinnamon until eggs are fully broken up.
    In a non-stick pan heat on medium heat and then add in the butter or non-stick spray.
    Dip one slice of bread into egg mixture and then put in pan.  Repeat one or two more times depending on size of pan.
    Cook each side of bread until golden brown about 2 minutes each side.  Continue with this step until all slices of bread are cooked. 
     
    Serve with sausage or bacon.

Notes

Note:  if on WW blue one slice serving is 3 points with syrup.
