These cookies are so peanut buttery and soft and chewy you just got to love them.

- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla

Combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Slowing stir into peanut butter mixture making sure all ingredients are incorporated. On cookie sheet drop rounded spoonful of peanut butter mixture and then take a fork to put the imprint. Dip the fork in water first so it don’t stick to the cookie dough. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven. Cookies will be soft and chewy if not over baked.Allow cookies to cool on a cooling rack until completely cooled
