Easy work night dinner that only takes 35 minutes to cook. I am always looking for new recipes that are easy and few ingredients for work night meals. This one hits all the targets I was looking for fast, easy, and delicious.
I used frozen meatballs but you can most certainly make the meatballs from scratch. You can definitely use any other cheeses besides the mozzarella like I did in this recipe. A mix of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese would definitely work on this recipe.
This is just one of those types of recipes that can be changed up and modified to your family’s taste.
