Pepper Steak Easy Delicious Dinner

Food is always so much better when you cook it at home. This is a dish that I don’t make enough. It’s easy and quick to make. I normally have most of the ingredients on hand to make this dish not sure why I don’t do lol.

The flavors on the meat really made this dish a step up. Instead of my norm of garlic and onion powder I added in some Paprika, Italian seasoning and even soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Wow look at me changing it up lol.

For the meat I did add in some baking soda to help tenderize the steak. I did this method in an Asian dish I made and the steak came out really tender.

The pep work wan’t that hard to do. It took maybe 15 minutes to get it done.

For cutting the steak just make sure to use a good knife. Its also easier to cut steak if it is partially frozen.

Overall this was fairly easy to put together for dinner.

This smelled so wonderful. It looks delisious.
