Cheesy Beef Macaroni

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup evaporated milk or of you choice
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese or of you choice
  • 1 1/4 cup smoke cheddar cheese or of you choice

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over med-high heat, brown the ground beef and half way through cooking add in the diced onion. Cook until beef is longer pink.
    Drain any access fat from meat and return to pan.
    Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. And then add salt and pepper to taste. Give this a good stir.
    Then add in the can milk, beef stock and macaroni. Lower the heat to medium low and give this a good stir. Put a lid on pan and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the macaroni is tender.
    Turn off heat and start adding the cheese in one at a time, mixing each one in.
    Stir again until the cheese has fully melted. Then is ready to eat.
