Ingredients

  • 4 oz goat cheese at room temperature
  • 1 flat bread
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  • To roast peppers
    Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees
Cut peppers in half and remove the seeds
Line a baking sheet with foil and place peppers on sheet with open side down (no oil needed).
Cook for about 25 minutes until the peppers begin to blacken.
Remove from oven and place in a bowl to cool covered with plastic wrap for about 30 minutes.
Once peppers are cooled start peeling off the skin and then cut the peppers into slices.
    Steps:
Line a baking sheet with foil and place the flat bread on it.  Drizzle olive oil on top of bread and spread it out evenly.  (Should be a very light coating)
Using a butter knife put the goat cheese on the flat bread and spread to cover the top of the flat bread.
Next add roasted peppers on top spreading out evenly.
Bake at 425 for 8 to 10 minutes or per the directions of the flat bread.

Note: This makes only one of the flat breads if a two pack.  You can double the recipe to make both of the flat breads in package.
