Yesterday was the first day back to working on out at the gym. The past month I put off going to the gym because of so many things going on, and I know that I shouldn’t have done that, but well I did. I am back to going and excited to get back into my work out routine. Yesterday being the first day back since a month, it wasn’t that back. I thought I would be sore and tired, but nope, I was feeling good.
For now, I’m just going to the gym on the weekends just until I get back into it again. It is kind of hard going to the gym during the week with the long hours of work, but I am going to try to add one week day in and hopefully progress from there. I’m looking forward to my work outs now, and I hope that I don’t fall off track again.
