I’ve been looking for a coffee recipe that I can make that is easy but very delicious. This is what I came up with after reviewing several recipes on Pinterest. It’s also a little healthier.
6 cups coffee
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Coco powder
1 large banana
½ cup coconut milk
This is made in a batch so I don’t have to make coffee for a couple of days. You can reduce the measurements to make it a signal cup.
Brew the coffee in coffee pot and once done add in the sugar and coconut milk. Let the coffee cool for a few minutes. I put mine in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
Once coffee is cool enough to work with, add about half to blender, then the banana, coco and blend until well incorporated. Repeat the step until all the coffee has been blended.
Serve over ice and enjoy.
