For this recipe I got some help. I try to keep some things in my pantry for a quick dinner so after work making dinner is not stressful. I used this oven fry chicken which makes dinner easy. I am not advertising this just sharing what we did for dinner.
You just follow the directions on the box and one, two, three you are done with the prep work. This coats the chicken nicely.
Then when the timer goes off you have some crispy awesome chicken.
This was really good and easy to do. Dinner was done in an hour.
We served this with potatoes and a vegetable.
