Hi Guys, I have a recipe for you. This is super easy and inexpensive and most of all it is delicious. I also have a video on this as well on my channel, so if you want to see how I put this all together and how easy this recipe is, go check out my video. The link to my channel is below.
3 lbs. stew meat
1 cup broth base (beef)
2 cups beef broth
½ tsp thyme
1 cup carrots
½ cup celery
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
3 medium potatoes
1 cup frozen peas
Salt and pepper to taste
In a 6 qtr. crock pot put in the beef stew meat and them add in the rest of the ingredients. Give it a good mix and let this cook for about 6 hours on low or until the meat and potatoes are tender.
