Hi Guys, I have a great cookie recipe for you. I love the flavor of coconut and wanted to find a cookie that I could make with coconut, and I found one. This recipe is from “Lookwhatmomfound.com” and its a chewy coconut cookie.
This is easy to make and don’t take much time to have these baked and ready to eat. My family loved these cookies and I hope you do to. Remember to check out “Lookwhatmomfound.com” for more recipes.

Start by preheating your oven to 350º.
In a large mixing bowl add butter and sugars. Combine till smooth.
Then add egg and vanilla and mix till fluffy.
Gradually add flour/baking powder/baking soda/salt mixture and coconut.
Chill batter for 30 minutes.
Drop even rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet 2″ apart.
