Breakfast Quesadilla are a quick and easy breakfast idea that anyone can make. You can customize to how you and your family would prefer it.

You can choose whatever meat you like, cheese and even add in veggies.

I made these using a Pennie press but you make these using a quesadilla maker and stovetop.

These breakfast quesadillas are quick to make. They can be ready in just a few minutes. These are also freezer friendly. Just make a double batch and freeze some. Freeze them in an airtight container or freezer bags.

- 2 frying pans
Ingredients
- 1 cup cheese of your choice
- 5 breakfast sausage links
- 1 package tortillas of your choice
Instructions
- First cook the sausage links and let cool. While sausage is cooling start cooking the eggs. Scrambled the eggs and add in any seasonings you like at this point. Pour them into a butter pan and cook on medium to low heat until they are cooked. Now that sausage links are cool cut them into small pieces. Prepare a work station to start assembling the quesadillas. Place a tortilla in an oil or butter pan on medium low heat and start the layering process. You can layer the ingredients in any order you like. Then place a second tortilla on top and brown bottom tortilla then flip over to brown the top tortilla. Repeat until finished and you're done.Cut quesadillas into slices and serve with your favorite salsa.
