Banana Pudding Parfaits

Here is an easy no bake dessert that is loved by many banana pudding.

This is a good dessert for bbq, family gatherings and just simple dessert for the family.

Vanilla wafers are the traditional cookie that is used for this dessert, but I went with something different. I used a cookie that I found at Aldi called Speculoos. This cookie has a slight caramel flavor to it which adds another layer of flavor.

The ingredients are so simple and it’s so easy to make. I choose to mash the banana and add it to the pudding mix, but you don’t have to. You can just slice them instead.

I thought would change things up and make parfait cups. They came out so good.

You don’t always have to stick with the traditional way of making recipes. I’ve learned to make them my own and put a twist on them where I can.
