Cut chicken or protein of your choice into bit size pieces and add to a bowl. Season the meat with seasonings listed for meat. Mix seasonings into meat well and set aside. Cut the peppers and onions into slices and put in a baking dish and season those with the seasonings listed for peppers. Put in preheated oven at 375 for about 30 minutes or until peppers and onions are tender. In a medium or large frying pan and in and let that heat up. Once oil is hot add in the seasoned meat and cook until no longer pink inside. At the same time meat is cooking start on the beans. Add the beans to a medium size pot on a medium low heat and add in the broth and seasoning for the beans listed. Cook beans until fully heated through. For the rice add 3 cups rice and 3 cups water to your rice cooker. Add in the lime juice and put the rice cooker on to cook. When rice is done remove from cooker into a bowl and add in the fresh cilantro using a fork to fluff and mix cilantro in. Now it's time to assemble the bowl. You can assemble the bowl in any order you want.
