Pre-heat a medium size pan and then add in the ground beef. Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes before adding in the ingredients. Chopping the meat as it is cooking.Once the beef is half way cooked, add in the diced onion, safrito, sazon, and ham seasonings and give it a good stir. Then add in the oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, green olives, adobo giving that a good mix. Continue to chop up the meat as it is still cooking. Cook for about 20 more minutes or until the ground beef is no longer pink. Drain off any access fat if any.Then add in the beef broth and potatoes and mix. Let this cook with a lid on for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. ready to eatServe with white rice and notes befow.
Notes
If you want more sauce add in 1 cup of broth. You want the meat chopped finely if you are using this to fill pastelillo, rellenos de papa etc..
