How to Make Picadillo

Here is a recipe that is one of my favorite kind of food, Spanish.  This is something that I have been trying to replicate for some time now and I got it.  I made this recipe twice to see which way I preferred with or without tomato sauce.  I like it better without the tomato sauce.

The ingredients are easy enough and it’s takes no time to make.

In this photo I forgot to put the diced potatoes with the ingredients. There is an onion missing which I didn’t have that the time. But the recipe below has the correct ingredients you need.

If you love Spanish flavors then you will love this.  This is easy to make and taste so good.  This is great over white rice and especially great to fill my favorite street foods like Relleno De Papa and Pastelillos.

You can always change the amounts of seasonings and add more of what you prefer.

Notes

If you want more sauce add in 1 cup of broth.
You want the meat chopped finely if you are using this to fill pastelillo, rellenos de papa etc..
