Spaghetti Squash

Here is a new recipe we tried and really enjoyed.  This was easy, healthy and fun.

Ingredients:

1 squash

1 pack of Italian sausage

Parmesan cheese

2 cups of mariana sauce of your choice

Steps:

Cut the spaghetti squash in half and place on a sheet pan. Put the olive oil and salt and pepper on each half. Place in oven at 350 degree for about 45 minutes to 50 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Remove the seeds and then using a fork to make the spaghetti by loosening meat of the squash.

Once you have all of the spaghetti squash ready, add the sauce, and sausage.

Note: you don’t have to use any meat on this.
