Herb Butter

Hi Guys, this recipe I have wanted to share for some time now and so here it is.  Herb butter is super easy to make and you can use this for anything. We use this over our steaks and just let the butter melt all over the steak giving the steak extra flavor.    I hope you try and let me know how it turned out.



1 stick of butter (at room temperature)

½ tsp. chives

¼ tsp. rosemary

½ tsp. parsley

1/4 tsp. basil


To make the herb butter combine the butter, chives, rosemary, parsley and basil in a medium size bowl.  Mix the butter with the herbs until well combined.

Place herb butter on plastic wrap and form into a 1 ½ inch roll, twisting the ends to close.  Put butter in fridge until ready to use.  You can also freeze this as well.
