Hi Guys I have a quick and easy snack for work today. This is great for that in between breakfast and lunch snack at work. My family absolutely loved this fruit salad and wants me to make this all the time.
1 20 oz. can pineapples chunks
1 15 oz. can red grapefruit
1 15 oz. can diced mangos
1 15 oz. can mandarin oranges
½ cup marshmallows
¼ cup shredded coconut flakes
Open each can of fruit and drain all the juice from them. Pour each can of fruit into a bowl and mix well.
Then add in the coconut flakes and marshmallows and stir until well combined.
Put in air tight container and then fridge for about 1 to 2 hours.
