Here is a recipe that I have wanted to make for some time. This classic sauce is easy to make and delicious. It uses simple ingredients.

Tzatziki sauce doesn’t have to be eaten just on Gyros it’s great with other things as well. This sauce is great as a spread on burgers. It’s also great as a dressing or dipping veggies into it. The fresh ingredients really brighten up a dish. This is even great as a dip for pita bread.

There is no cooking involved and this sauce comes together quickly. Just 15 minutes and you have homemade Tzatziki sauce.

This is also a healthy sauce compared to mayo dips. This has your protein, calcium from the Greek yogurt plus fresh veggies in it.

Tzatziki sauce is versatile. Give this a try on meat, as a dip and even just a scoop along side a rice dish.
