Want a easy inexpensive quick meal idea, well here it is. Beef and bean crispy tacos is so easy to make and it’s done in less than 30 minutes.

The ingredients are simple, and this meal is great for an after work dinner.

You can choose whatever seasonings you prefer and whatever tortillas you prefer. In my house we do both flour and corn.

I used my canned pinto beans, but store bought works just fine.

I cooked the beef and beans separately so I can season them each differently. Then I just added both back to the same pan.

I added in some beef broth just to thin it out some, but not enough to make it soupy. You don’t want the filling for these tacos to leak out while frying them.

I put the beef and beans mixture on half of a tortilla and folded it over. You can add cheese at this point if you like.

Add these tacos to some hot oil and fry for about 1 to 2 minutes per side.

Put the beef and bean mixture on half of the tortilla and fold the tortilla in half. Continue this step until you have the amount of tacos you want.
In a medium pan add about 1 cup of oil and heat oil to its hot. Then one at a time add in the tacos not over crowding the pan and fry them until golden brown. This should be about 2 min per side.
Remove from oil and place on a paper towel lined plate.
    They are ready to eat

Notes

If tortillas are not pliable you can put them in the microwave in a damp paper towel for a few seconds, or heat them on the burner of stove flipping them for 1 minute, and you can heat them in a little bit of oil in a pan.

They are done and this meal was quick and easy to make. They were so delicious as well.
