This is a great snack idea that you have to try. Kale chips is a great snack that will satisfy the crunch of a potato chip but it’s extremely healthy for you.
It’s inexpensive and easy to make. This leafy green snack is great tasting with just a few ingredients.

They are crunchy a little garlicky, salty but light to eat.
Kale chips have a lot of vitamins not like the store bought potato chips. Kale has vitamin K which helps with blood clotting and bone strength. Vitamin C which helps support your immune system and skin. Vitamin A which helps vision and cell growth. Then vitamin B6 which supports brain function and energy.

We add sunflower seeds to our kale chips which makes every bit better. The seeds will fall to the bottom just shake them up when you’re grabbing some.

Notes
Kale is one of those health foods with a ton of benefits.
I used a dehydrator to make our kale chips but you can also use an oven, so no need to have fancy equipment to make them.
