Hi Guys, I wanted to share this recipe I tried from Pinterest. It is only two ingredients and its called Lemon Bars. You can find the original recipe under my desserts board on my Pinterest. The site where I got this from Tammilee Tips
Now two ingredients sounded to good to be true but what the heck I wanted to try it.
I used this cake mix instead of Angel cake mix. Not sure if that would make a difference.
This is what the batter looked like once the two ingredients was mixed. This did look like the picture on my blog site I got the recipe from.
This is what is looked like right out of the oven. This was more cake like than bars to me, but it was not bad. We choose not to add any powder sugar on top as this was sweet enough to us.
This in all was not a bad dessert so I would recommend this to you to try. I use a cake mix verse an angel cake mix so again not sure if that made a difference or not.
