Breakfast Sandwiches

Hi Guys, here is something that I do for our work weeks to make things a little easier on us.  We are also running out the door in the morning and really don’t have time to make a good breakfast, so I started making these and they are a life saver in the mornings.

I make these on Sunday morning and put them into a large zip lock bag and store in fridge for the week.  It takes only 1 to 2 minutes to heat and breakfast is done.

Ingredients:

1 package English muffins

6 slices of sharp Cheddar cheese

6 round sausage patties (I used the Aldi’s one)

Steps:

Pre-heat oven 350 degrees and cook sausages in oven for about 25 minutes or until they are done.

While the sausage is cooking you can toast the English muffins in a toaster or toaster oven.

Once the sausages are done and cooled, assembly can begin.

Cut a piece of plastic wrap and place on your work area put the bottom of the English muffin on it and then the sausage patty, and cheese.  Put the top half of the English muffin on the sandwich and wrap tightly using the plastic wrap.  Repeat steps until all sandwiches are made.

Put in a large zip lock bag and store in fridge for the week or you can freeze these as well.

Heat in microwave for about 1 or 2 minutes or until completed heat through.

These were very easy to make and now there is breakfast for the week.
