Crock Pot Chili Mac

Hi Guys, here is another recipe that you are going to just love.  Chili mac in a crock pot.  I don’t know about you, but I love my crockpot.  This is one kitchen item that I think everyone should have.

This didn’t take long to cook and it was amazing.  My family just love how this came out.

I hope you give this a try and let me know if you liked it.

Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground beef

3 pks chili seasonings

4 cups of Water

1 small onion diced

1 tsp. garlic minced

1 tsp. salt

½ tsp. pepper

1 can chili beans (with liquid)

1 can diced tomatoes (with liquid)

1 lb. elbow macaroni Cooked

Steps:

In a medium size pan add the ground beef and begin cooking it.  Then add in the diced onion and minced garlic and mix well.  Continue cooking ground beef until no longer pink. Drain beef of any access fat and place in crock pot.

Add in the chili seasoning packs, salt, pepper, chili bean with liquid, and the diced tomatoes with liquid.  Give the chili a good stir.

Add in the water at this point and stir again.  Let this cook for about 3 hours on high or 5 hours on low.

Add cook elbow macaroni to your bowl and then add in the chili and stir to combine.

Top with cheese, sour cream, chives

*Note I didn’t add in the macaroni to crock pot because they would have been to soggy so we just added to each bowl and poured chili over.
