Air Fry Flautas

Hi Guys, this recipe is an oldie but goodie.  I did this oldie in the air fryer that I have and I really needed to share with you just how wonderful it came out.  Now, when it comes to kitchen gadgets I have a lot but I will say that the air fryer is one of the top 5 in my kitchen.  If you are trying to cut back on frying and the oil then this machine is what you need to get.  I am not getting paid to adverse this but I am sharing what a great machine this is.

I have done several things already in the air fryer to test them out and wow they all came out great.  I will be post blogs as well as YouTube videos on these great snack and size ideas that we all love.  I hope you check this out and give it a try.  I know you will love it as much as I do.

Ingredients:

1-½ lbs. of meat of your choice (rotisserie chicken, steak, etc.)

1 pk of Corn tortillas

2 cups Cheese of your choice (I normally use a Mexican cheese)

Oil for air fry 1 tsp. (use spray bottle)

Toothpicks

Steps:

Take the cooked meat and try to cut them into strips so they fit the length of tortilla.

Take a tortilla and put the meat, and come cheese inside and then roll the tortilla into a tube. Place toothpicks if needed to hold the Flautas together.

Air fryer: Put them in the air fryer one by one at 380 for about 10 minutes.  Note: Check to make sure they are at the crispness you want.
