These are the meals I did for week of May 7th thru May 12th. I plan the week out so when I get home from work I know what I am cooking that night. When I don’t plan the week’s meals out I feel unorganized so this is what works for me.
Sunday – Lechon with red rice and gondules
Monday – This will be a L.O. (leftover) night
Tuesday – Cowboy beans
Wednesday – Fried breaded Chicken gizzards and liver (better than Harold’s)
Friday – Pizza
Looking at the week in a glance really helps me to stay on track with meals.
