Bananas is one of my many favorite fruits. Not only are they sweet and yellow, but are extremely healthy for you. Here are some things I found on bananas that I thought I would share with you. I need to go to the store now and buy some bananas.

A banana contains about 12% of fiber which is a part of our daily diet. Fiber will help with controlling blood sugar which slows down carbohydrates that break down as sugars. Fiber helps reduce the risk of having a stroke.
Bananas are rich in vitamins C and B6 that all support heart health.
Bananas are also a good source of energy. They contain carbohydrates that are much-needed for energy. This is why they are almost always seen in smoothies, and protein shakes.
Bananas contain levels of tryptophan which is what is also found in turkeys. This helps you to relax and be in a good mood. Bananas has vitamin B which can help with depression. Vitamin B helps take the tryptophan and conserves it to make tryptophan more beneficial to your body.
Bananas can help to lose weight. There was a fad with eating bananas and drinking water helped to lose the inches of your waist. It helps crave your sweet desires and gives you the right number of calories needed for a good daily diet.
Bananas are great for baking. This fruit can be used to remove the bad ingredients in baking like butter, sugar, and margarines. It also has a creamy texture which is also beneficial in baking as a substitute for milk. This is good for those who cannot have dairy products in their diets.
And if this wasn’t enough on how heathy the banana is, then here is another thing about bananas. You can use it for a face mask. Using bananas in a face mask will help with the aging of your skin. Just use a banana, honey and some yogurt. This is amazing don’t you think?
