Hi Guys, I made Strawberry Short cake one of my many favorite desserts. This is something is easy and fun to make. I hope you enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 tub of cool whip topping
1 ½ cup strawberries (sliced)
1 pound cake (store-bought or homemade)
I made the pound cake and used a recipe from King Arthur Flour link is below.
Steps:
If making the pound cake from starch just follow the recipe and let cake cool completely.
Once the cake has cooled completely slice the pound cake length wise to make 3 layers.
Spread the first layer with some of the whip topping. Then add some of the sliced strawberries on top of the whip topping. Put on second pound cake layer and repeat the above process until all layers are done.
If any whip topping is left spread over top of cake and then add more sliced strawberries.
Keep refrigerated
